The old school house is a newly renovated school house in Monaghan. The house has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a beautiful living area & a kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettles and toasters. The house is located a few minutes walk from Hughie’s Bar Corcaghan & the town of Monaghan is just a 10 minute drive away.

The “Old School House” setting offers a charming and memorable backdrop for your celebration. It’s something different from a typical hotel stay. This venue is designed for large groups, so you and your entire hen party can stay together under one roof, no splitting up into separate hotel rooms! It is very well suited to self catering, giving the hen party group the ability to have full control of their catering needs. It is an amazing venue for a “school days” themed hen party.

Time to do the Hen Party Activity! We have a range of activities to choose from including flower crown making and paint N'Sip aswell as cocktail making and the cube. The specific activity you choose will decide the start time and location of the activity itself. For many of the activities we can run them at the house. There's many to choose from so feel free to contact us and we can guide you to choosing the right one for your bride and group.
