Below we have outlined a sample Itinerary for you to get an idea of what our Kilkenny Package entails.
Arrival to Your accommodation
Check in as normal to your hotel & get the hen weekend started. Choose from various hen party accommodation such as town centre options like The Hibernian, The Kilford Arms, The Club House Hotel, Langtons Hotel, Raftors Gastro Pub & Accommodation.
Breakfast
If you are staying in a hotel, enjoy your breakfast being served in the hotel Restaurant from 07.30 - 10.30 approx depending on the hotel itself.
Hen Party Activity
Time to do the Hen Party Activity. What activity you choose will decide the start time and location of the activity itself. For alot of the activities we will start from/in a Bar in Kilkenny city. Most activities start at time slots of 13.00 - 14.30/15.00 - 16.30 / 17.00 - 18.30.
Evening Meal
You will be given the highest standard of meals in one of the hotel's restaurants.
Reserved area in a bar
All of our packages include a reserved area in Matt the Millars, Lanigans, Kytlers or The Left Bank where you will also receive a complimentary glass of champagne.
Breakfast

The Deposit for an all inclusive hen party package is €200 this is due within 7 days of making the booking.
The final numbers and balance is due 21 days prior to the event.
The final balance is to be paid in one group payment – individual payments will not be accepted.
The deposit is an administration fee that is credited towards your final balance
All Deposits are non-refundable.
- Lodge the money into the AIB bank account – details will be outlined on the invoice.
- Cheque/postal order/bank draft details of who it is payable to and the address to send it to will be outlined on the invoice.
