Once we have your preferred date/location and property type, we will send you the package information which includes accommodation, a meal, and reserved area in a bar and/or nightclub. There is no obligation to proceed with booking upon receiving availability, although availability cannot be held.
No, we recommend that you enquire for the maximum number of people that you have invited. We understand this number may fluctuate but it is easier to decrease in numbers rather than increasing closer to the time due to availability. We require a minimum number of 15 for all packages. Some activities require a minimum 15, some require a minimum of 20.
Depending on the property type and accommodation provider we can offer a mixture of one night/two night stays but it is not guaranteed. If this happens please make our team aware and we will do our best to help accommodate this.
The activity cannot be removed from the all-inclusive package but we have so many options to choose from, that we always find something to suit someone. As mentioned, things can be tailored to upon request and availability, just ask.
Tell us straight away when this situation comes to your attention, we will work with the hotel and suppliers to ensure there is availability for this guest. If we can accommodate this guest a €50 administration fee will be charged as at this stage your account will be closed and will need to be reopened to make these changes.
Unless stated in the particular package you have been quoted, we do not include transport into our packages as most people have their own transport, but if you wish to add transport do ask and depending on location, we may be able to arrange this for you.
We will always do our best to accommodate any requests for changes, this will depend on availability and changes may incur an administration fee if they are required after your account has been closes.
There will not be anyone from TheHen.ie there to meet you on arrival. We will send you a full itinerary, schedule details and contact numbers prior to the hen party. We will have everything arranged for you, all you need to do is follow the itinerary.
All payments are non refundable once your account has been closed, this cut off point is 21 days prior to the hen party.
Yes of course, prior to the hen party we will ask you to inform us of all dietary restrictions/allergies and we will ensure this information gets passed onto the restaurant/hotel.
Once you have received availability from us, you can complete the booking form through a highlighted link in the email. One of our experts in reservations will then give you a call to run through your time/package preferences and will go ahead and process the booking for you.
We will then send you confirmation of booking with the next steps of the process along with your Hen Party Package invoice.
Once you have submitted your booking form and our reservations team has processed your booking you will have seven days to pay the booking fee of €200 for all inclusive packages and €100 for standalone activity bookings.
No, the booking fee once paid is non-refundable & non-transferrable.
All payments are made by bank transfer or Revolut transfer. The details of how to pay will be on your invoice.
We do not take payments over the phone.
No, each hen party should only have 2 transactions per booking.
The second and final balance is due to us 21 days prior to your Hen party date.
You will be reminded of this a week prior to that. 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
