Go Wild with Bushcraft: An Unforgettable Hen Party Adventure on Fota Island, Cork!
Looking for a hen party experience in Cork that’s truly out of the ordinary? Immerse yourselves in nature and learn essential survival skills with a thrilling bushcraft adventure on Fota Island! This isn’t your typical spa day – it’s a hands-on, engaging activity that will bond your group and create memories you’ll talk about for years to come.

This Bushcraft experience is 2 hours long from 14.00 – 16.00 & it includes a woodland adventure with shelter building, survival skills, bushcraft, archery/kombat archery, disorientation and an obstacle course.

Under the guidance of experienced bushcraft instructors, you and your hens will learn fundamental wilderness skills such as fire lighting using natural materials, shelter building, basic navigation, foraging (depending on the season and safety guidelines), and water purification techniques. It’s a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourselves, connect with nature, and discover hidden talents you never knew you had!

What do we wear?

We suggest participants wear old/sports clothes suitable for outdoor activities with suitable outer wear for the expected weather conditions (ie raincoat, hat, gloves etc). Depending on the expected weather it may be advisable to bring a change of clothes as rain does not stop play! Remember, if it is warm and sunny, sunscreen is a must and a hat and sunglasses can also be worn. as for footwear you are best to wear runners you don’t mind getting wet

Please note that jewellery, long and hoop earrings, watches and similar items will not be allowed whilst doing activities. There is no storage onsite for valuables so we suggest you arrive without them.
